The firm is headed by Dr. Zbigniew Marek Czarny, a legal adviser with considerable professional experience obtained during his association with leading law firms in London and in Warsaw. Marek Czarny specializes in commercial law matters, in particular in banking law and capital markets, financing of investment projects and consumer credits.

The scope of legal practice of Dr. Czarny includes also restructuring of debts, advising on financing agreements with banks and financial institutions, representing clients vis-à-vis national regulatory and supervision authorities and representing clients in arbitration proceedings in Poland and abroad.

Marek Czarny is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and the Law Society of England and Wales in London.
Mr. Marek Czarny was recommended as a banking lawyer in Poland by the European Legal 500 in 2010-2013.
